C-CREATION COINS · DESIGN CONFIDENTIALITY

Your design.
Handled with discretion.

Discuss confidentiality before sharing unpublished designs or sensitive project information. We can review your NDA and agree the terms together before signing and exchanging confidential files.

AGREE WHAT NEEDS PROTECTION

Start with a clear scope.

Confidentiality arrangements can cover unpublished designs, artwork, 3D files, brand assets, project specifications and related commercial information. Identify sensitive information and any special handling requirements so the scope, permitted use and recipients can be agreed in the NDA.

BEFORE CONFIDENTIAL FILE EXCHANGE

Four steps to an agreement.

  1. 01

    Raise the requirement

Submit basic contact details and a non-confidential project outline. Select the NDA request option on the RFQ form.

  2. 02

    Review the terms

Provide your proposed NDA through an agreed exchange method. We review the parties, scope and obligations; customer-provided terms must be mutually agreed.

  3. 03

    Sign the agreement

Both parties complete the agreed NDA before confidential artwork is exchanged. An inquiry checkbox is a request, not a signature or executed NDA.

  4. 04

    Exchange project files

Agree the file-transfer method and provide the materials needed for the defined project.

This page explains our approach. The signed NDA and project agreement establish the applicable obligations and terms.

CONFIDENTIALITY ACROSS THE PRODUCTION NETWORK

Equivalent obligations.
Project-specific access.

Production partners involved in your project undertake equivalent confidentiality obligations. Information is shared only as needed for the agreed manufacturing or support work, within the confidentiality arrangements established for the project. Tell us about any restrictions on recipients before we agree the production route.

PRIOR PERMISSION FOR PUBLIC DISPLAY

Your project is not
automatic publicity.

We obtain permission before publishing customer project designs, finished-product photographs or case details in our Gallery, on social media or in promotional materials. An inquiry, design approval or production order does not itself grant permission to publish.

Confidentiality and ownership are separate.

Customer-provided materials remain distinct from any new artwork, source files or tooling created for the project. Agree ownership, usage rights, delivery of source files and any exclusivity in the project agreement. An NDA does not automatically transfer intellectual-property rights.

FILES, RECORDS & TOOLING

Agree what happens next.

Raise file-return, deletion and retention requirements before signing. You can later contact us with your project reference to discuss them under the applicable NDA, project agreement and necessary record requirements. No automatic deletion period is promised here.

Digital file handling and physical mould storage are separate. Our existing policy provides two years of free mould storage; reconcile any different return or destruction requirements in the agreed project terms.

CONFIDENTIALITY QUESTIONS

Before you share a design.

Can you sign our NDA before we share a design?+

Yes. C-Creation Coins can review a customer-provided NDA. Its terms must be discussed and mutually agreed before signing. Tell us about the NDA requirement in your inquiry and exchange confidential artwork after the agreement is signed.

Will you publish our design or finished coin?+

Customer project designs, finished-coin photographs and case details are published only with prior permission. A production order or inquiry does not itself authorize publication in the Gallery, social media or promotional materials.

How are production partners covered by confidentiality?+

Production partners involved in the project undertake equivalent confidentiality obligations. Project information is shared only as needed for the agreed work, within the confidentiality arrangements established for the project.

Does an NDA determine ownership of designs and tooling?+

No. Confidentiality and intellectual-property ownership are separate. Existing customer materials, newly created artwork, source files, moulds and any exclusive rights should be addressed in the project agreement. An NDA does not automatically transfer ownership.

Can I request deletion of project files?+

Contact us with the project reference to discuss return, deletion or retention of project files. The applicable NDA, project agreement and any necessary records determine the arrangements. Mould storage is a separate matter and should be agreed alongside the existing two-year mould-storage policy.
